SOME OF OUR POLICIES:

• We are a solely owned and operated advance reservation service and have limited space for reservations. We promise the highest quality service to all clients and therefore we DO NOT overbook regardless of demand. We understand that emergencies arise and try our best to assist our clients in their time of need.
• For the safety of your pets, and because phones and computers can sometimes be unreliable or "crash", no email or voicemail reservation is final or guaranteed until confirmed directly by Jean.
• We ask our clients to be honest with us about the health of their pets. As an extra precaution we always wash our hands between each client's home to help eliminate any risk of the spread of unknown contagions.
• We DO NOT and WILL NOT accept jobs in homes with fleas.
• We require two sets of feeding and watering bowls….just in case one evaporates somehow.
• Pet food and water dishes are washed daily or as needed. Litter boxes are scooped daily or as needed. Floors in pet areas will be cleaned of loose food, litter, and excessive pet hair.
• All dogs are required to have current Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordatella vaccinations.
• All cats are required to have current Rabies and Distemper vaccinations.
• We do not provide every other day service. We require a minimum of ONE visit per day for cats and small animals, and ONE visit per day for outdoor dogs and indoor dogs with full time access to a doggie door.
• We WILL NOT "leave" or "hide" the keys at or after the last visit nor will we allow keys to be "left" or "hidden" for us.
• It is the client's responsibility to assure the secure and safe operation of all care items. This includes thoroughly inspecting fences, gates, latches, doors, cages and other devices meant to keep pet(s) contained safely in the appropriate areas.
• If you do not wish for us to retain the keys to your home there will be a $12 fee for each future key pick up or drop off.
• We ask that you notify your emergency contact people you have provided us with, your alarm system monitoring company, your neighbors who may be keeping an eye on your home and your preferred veterinarian that we will be caring for your pets and home in your absence.
