RATES

$12 ~ per visit (each visit is approximately 20 to 30 minutes)

• Above fees include complete, professional and loving care of 1 pet, home security check, collecting mail/papers, houseplant care, trash to/from curb, blinds up/down, and turning lights/TV/radio on/off.
• Add $1 per day for each additional cat/bird/ferret/fish tank/rabbit etc.
• Add $2 per day for each additional dog.
• Payment is always due on or before the day of departure
• Multiple pet households may require additional time (of which will be determined and agreed upon at the time of our FREE initial interview), or you may request extended visits at a fee of $6 for each 15 minute increment of time.
• Standard hours of operation are from 9 am until dark. There will be a charge of $12 per visit for requested services before 9 am or any visit that is requested to occur or extend past dark.
• A seven-day notice is appreciated for service. Because of the time and paperwork involved a $12 fee applies (for new clients only) if our initial interview is not requested at least seven days in advance. Reservations for established clients are accepted up to six weeks before service is needed. Please make your reservations as soon as possible to insure availability. Messages left on our answering machine do not constitute a CONFIRMED reservation.
• There is a $12 per visit surcharge in addition to regular fees on most holidays.
• If we do not permanently retain a key, there is a $12 fee for each future key pick up or drop off .

OTHER SERVICES

$10 ~ per visit ~ House sitting without pets ~ includes: home security check, collecting mail/papers, houseplant care, trash to/from curb, blinds up/down, and turning lights/TV/radio on/off.

$20 ~ Supply pick up/delivery fee (plus the cost of the supplies).

$12 ~ Vet/Groomer transport, one-way

$24 ~ Vet/Groomer transport, round trip plus $6 per each 15-minutes spent waiting for your pet.

• A fee of $25 as well as any related service charge will apply to all returned checks, no matter what the reason.
• Service charges are subject to change at anytime and will be confirmed at our initial consultation when we meet your pets. Jean's Pet~N~Home Sitting reserves the right to refuse service.
